teas are so yummy and healthy! I put together a shortlist of flavor teas that I drink regularly!




Twinning’s of London’s French Vanilla and Chai Tea

Twinning’s of London carries really good teas. Their French Vanilla and Chai Tea is my favorite. I love French vanilla and I love Chai so the combination makes me super happy and they go really well together. This is an all-day tea in my opinion.

Twinnings of London’s Honeybush, Mandarin and Orange

I really like this tea for a morning pick me up. It’s has a strong citrus taste makes me feel like I’m drinking coffee. If you like fruity drinks or flavor then I recommend trying this tea.

Bigelow Lemon Lift Tea

Bigelow Lemon Lift Tea is another morning pick-me-up. What I like about lemon teas is that they can substitute my need for coffee. This tea is really nice alone but I add just a little bit of sugar or stevia to give it the extra boost.

Bigelow Green Tea

Bigelow Green Tea is good and good for you. Green Tea is probably the healthiest of teas ( don’t quote me on it). It’s known for its antioxidants benefits and help with weight loss ( not sure about that one either). Either way, green tea makes for a great beverage as long as you don’t drink too much of it.

Yogi Ginger Tea

i. I don’t drink this tea often but I do not how good it is and good for you. Like green tea, ginger tea is known for its health benefits. Ginger tea is really beneficial because of its anti-inflammatory properties. So if you have muscle and joint concerns try ginger tea! Ginger tea is also recommended in aiding with the digestive system. So if your bloating just brew you a cup!

Bonus Tea: Blueberry Tea such a treat! It's soooo good! Added to that its rich in antioxidants
